The Holden Agency is excited to announce the addition of Amy Klupp and Adaija Perry to their growing team of agents.
Klupp, a lifelong resident of Richland County, graduated from North Central State College with a degree in nursing in 2007. While working as a nurse, she and her husband helped both of their children purchase and renovate foreclosed homes. This experience lead them to form a real estate investment company, Klupp Investments LLC. After two years of working full-time as a nurse and renovating houses, Amy left her career as a nurse to focus on real estate investing and home staging.
Amy recently attended Hondros College where she obtained her real estate license. She is passionate about renovating homes, and she looks forward to channeling that passion into quality real estate experiences for her clients. “It’s such a rewarding experience watching buyers make older houses into their new homes. I’m excited to work with future clients and help them find their dream homes!”
Jerry Holden, CEO of The Holden Agency, sees tremendous benefit in Amy’s skillset. “Amy’s renovating and staging experience is unparalleled to anyone in our industry in this area. She’s a great team player and will be a great asset to help other team members when in need.”
In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family. Her greatest treasures in life are her husband, two boys, daughter-in- law and two grandsons. She is a member of NAR, OAR and MAR.
Adaija Perry, a lifelong resident of Mansfield, is a graduate of St. Peter’s High School. She attended The Ohio State University prior to pursuing a career in real estate.
Perry is excited to develop relationships with her future clients. “I’m looking forward to being a resource for my clients and making the real estate process as simple as possible for them. My goal is to make buying or selling a home a great experience.”
Holden expressed his excitement for Perry’s contributions to the team “We are thrilled to have Adaija join our team,” Holden remarked. “Her personality and commitment to providing our customers with the best possible buying and selling experience will be invaluable to our team.”
Adaija and her husband enjoy spending their free time with their fur babies and their families.
